Boarding Kennels

Completely refurbished kennels which are spacious, light and airy whilst being fully insulated and heated. Each kennel is designed to ensure that your dog is completely secure in his/her own space and, for any nervous dogs, they are free from intimidation from any over exuberant neighbours. Music is played throughout the day to interest the boarders and hopefully provide familiar sounds for them.

We supply all beds and specialist pet bedding, although we are more than happy for you to bring along any items which will remind your pet of you and of home.

We have a secure exercise paddock extending to a quarter of an acre and also access to open countryside. Exercise comprises of playing in the paddock or enjoying a walk on an extendable lead or a combination of both, which ever suits him/her the best. Whilst in the paddock we play with your dog and ensure that at all times he/she is fully supervised. Dogs are exercised individually unless you wish us to do otherwise.

It is not our wish to simply tend to your dogs needs but more importantly to ensure that he/she enjoys themselves as much as possible whilst away from home.

We only use a professional range of cleaning products which have also been specifically formulated for infection control and animal healthcare. This leaves a fresh aroma for visitors both two and four legged, is kind to the environment and - most of all - safe for your pet. Additionally, all waste water drains into a reed bed which also encourages birds and insects.

Any special needs or medical or dietary requirements can be catered for. We are able to store and administer medications and have several regular boarders who are diabetic and require twice daily insulin injections.

We are more than happy to collect and deliver your pet - please contact us for details.

We require that all dogs are fully vaccinated before being admitted to the kennels - this includes the inoculation against kennel cough all of which must have been administered at least two weeks before coming into kennels. Due to the many potential causes of kennel cough and whilst we take every precaution to prevent the introduction/spread of infectious diseases, it is not a guarantee against a dog contracting it.
